I had the most amazing retreat in this venue. Located high in the mountains above Kingston, in a serene area called Silver Hill Gap, the location provided breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious balcony, a cozy sitting area, a dining table, and a patio where I could relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing excellent service and free toiletries. I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the dining restaurant and the relaxing bar/lounge area. The outdoor dining area was a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning scenery while savoring a meal. Additionally, this hotel offered free Wi-Fi, a car park, and other leisure facilities, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel as it provides an incredible experience with its luxurious accommodations, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking, with the surrounding mountains providing the perfect backdrop to our New Year's stay. The hotel was also well-maintained and we could see the effort the staff put into keeping it clean and tidy. The best part was definitely the guided tours offered, which provided interesting insights into the local history and coffee estates.

The access roads were quite rough and narrow, and we had a difficult time getting to the hotel due to the condition of the roads. we would have appreciated it if there had been more transparent pricing for the meals.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains. the location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the walks in the nearby area were a great way to explore and reconnect with nature. the hotel offered delicious and nutritious meals that were perfect for my dietary needs.

It was a bit of a challenge to find the hotel, and the roads were in poor condition, which was a concern for my rental car.
